Cylindrical GRP Tanks
GRP cylindrical tanks, available in horizontal and vertical configurations, designed for diverse industrial applications including Water Tanks, Septic Tanks, Soakaways, Fuel Tanks, Oil Tanks, Chemical Tanks, Underground Holding Tanks, Bio-Scrubbers, UF Tanks, Pressure Vessels, and other specialized Storage and Process tanks.
Sectional GRP Water Tanks
Sectional water tanks, available in square, rectangular, L-shaped, or U-shaped configurations, are modular bolted storage solutions designed for fast installation and large-capacity applications, widely used for hygienic and reliable Water storage in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial facilities.GRP panel sizes can range from 50x50cm up to 1x2m in multiples of 50cm. Panels can also be insulated by polyurethane. Panel tank sizes can reach up to 70m width, 70m length, and 5m height with partitions as required.
Custom GRP Tanks
Custom GRP Tanks are specially engineered to meet unique application requirements, offering fully customizable designs in non-standard configurations such as Cylindrical Hopper Tanks, Rectangular or Square hopper tanks, V-shaped settling tanks, and rectangular or square settling tanks.
GRP / RTRP Pipes
GRP/RTRP Pipes are high-performance corrosion-resistant piping solutions manufactured using both discontinuous and continuous production processes, available in GRP (GP or ISO resin), GRV (Vinyl Ester resin), and GRE (Epoxy resin) variants, commonly used in Water Network Systems, Sewage Networks, Oil and Gas Pipelines, Odor Control Ducts, and Water Impermeable Duct Applications.
GRP Manholes and Chambers

ADNOC Service Station-Obaid Al-Shamsi
ADNOC
A high-spec energy sector project requiring the fabrication and supply of an underground horizontal cylindrical GRP holding tank. Produced via a precision filament winding process, the heavily ribbed 185 m³ tank features integrated access shafts and custom hold-down straps designed to handle subterranean soil and groundwater loads.

An active utility infrastructure project involving the supply of Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipes and fittings. The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences

The Royal Atlantis project was an execution of over 100,000 Sqm. of high grade GFRC panels in various forms, shapes and sizes across a 4 year period that serves as a testimony of Extra Co's ability as a business unit and group to handle mega scale project executions with utmost planning and stakeholder satisfaction. The project serves as a case study internally for executing all large scale projects drawing on the rich experience of managing design, engineering, production layout, QA/QC, logistics and storage, product improvement and critical installation at site.
Navi Mumbai International Airport
Adani Airports
The NMIAL is a landmark airport project built in the outskirts of Mumbai city. The GFRG works at Navi Mumbai International Airport are a major architectural feature of the terminal’s futuristic “floating lotus” concept designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The ceiling and wall systems are integrated into the airport’s structural expression, lighting strategy, acoustics, and passenger experience, flowing into various forms seamlessly. Extra Co executed nearly 20,000+ Sqm. of GFRG after going through multiple rounds of commercial and technical tendering & validation by the client and main contractor's core engineering team.
The District, Dubai Mall
Emaar
The District area was renovated in Dubai Mall and inaugurated during Eid 2025, and features fresh modern simplistic design with arches, curves, barrel ceilings, domes and coordinated integrated lighting works . Extra Co executed the full GRG and GRP nearly ~ 5,000 Sqm. works in the designated areas, within the stipulated time fully satisfying all design intent.
Al Ain Clock Tower & Intersection

The project consists of approximately 1,500 Sqm. of fire rated GFRP in white color matt finished. The panels are unique and thus required unique moulds to prepare the final panels. One Arch was assembled at the factory to check for fit and finish prior to its final installation at the site to ensure uninterrupted installation.

The project consists of ~ 30,000+ Sqm. of GRC Cladding across various types such as Slab Edge Cladding, Fascia Cladding in the form of Ribs and Plain smooth in shades of White and Grey. The shapes, patterns, colors and sizes mirror buildings in the vicinity.

This project comprises of a 36-storey building with façade cladding of various types including vertical façade cladding, slab edges, decorative pattern cladding that resemble waves and roof top cladding.
Marriott Residences - API Barsha
Al Ali Property
This is a uniquely designed building, at 18 storeys high but in a U-Shaped Form. The work comprised of more than 25,000 Sqm. of GRC spread across slab edges, façade cladding at certain areas and Cladding of steel frames at the Roof Top behaving as a single canopy / louver system.
